Refund policy
Included with the sale of your purchase is a three month warranty from the purchase date. The warranty is valid only if your appliance is not working the way it was upon purchase. In the event of this situation occurring within the first three months of purchase, we reserve the right to have the appliance looked at and repaired at our expense. This can usually be done in your home without the need to bring the appliance back to our shop. Should this option be unsuccessful, you will be entitled to:
· A replacement appliance to the equivalent value; or
· A full refund (less the cost of delivery if applicable) in the event the cost of repair exceeds the value of the appliance. The appliance must either be picked up or returned to us to be eligible for a refund
